I love this place! The menu is eclectic offering thin crispy pizzas, fish dishes with Asian flavors as well as big juicy steaks. The ingredients are of superb quality the fish is very fresh, pasta is made in house and everything is served in generous portions. The service is friendly. The wine list is thorough and covers all price ranges/occasions. Seasonal outdoor dining is available, but this is one popular spot, so don't forget to call for reservations. The only thing better than the service is the food. I personally recommend this restaurant to all my friends and neighbors. The restaurant is 10 miles from the center of Cold Spring and worth the trip. Do not forget to call for reservations.

The only other restaurant comparable to Il Barilotto is Aroma Osteria. This atmosphere is a little more open and casual, yet still the same level of exemplary quality cuisine and service. Don't forget reservations and a hearty appetite.
